Every concealed hinge has three adjustments hiding in plain sight. Ten minutes with a Pozi screwdriver ends most 'my door is broken' calls.
The three screws
Front screw: side-to-side — evens vertical gaps. Rear screw or cam: depth — pulls a proud corner flush. Plate screws: height — lifts a sagging door. Adjust with the door closed, checking gaps each quarter turn.
The order that works
Set height first so tops align across the run, then side-to-side for even reveals, then depth so faces sit flush. One door at a time, against its neighbours, top of the run to bottom.
When it is not the hinge
If gaps taper on every door of one cabinet, the box has racked — level and refix the carcass before blaming doors. Doors from our shop arrive square within a millimetre; the site earns the rest.
