Weight and thickness rules
Every panel-ready appliance publishes maximum panel weight and thickness ranges — dishwashers commonly cap near 9–10 kg. Confirm against our per-design weight chart before promising a tall fridge pair in deep-profile doors.
Size from the template, not the gap
Appliance install templates dictate panel sizes and fixing hole zones; measure from the template PDF, not the site opening. Handle position must clear the appliance's own door radius — check the swing diagram.
Matching into the run
Panels order in the same batch as surrounding doors — colour AND texture direction continuous across the run. Fluted integration columns beside fridges are the current premium look; we cut them from the same programs.
